Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) take possession of the goods.

You may use the attached withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not obligatory.

Alternatively, for eligible orders, you may submit a cancellation request through your order access portal. To do so, you can sign in using the email address associated with your order. Once signed in, a cancellation option will be available for orders that have not yet been fulfilled (shipped).

The use of this function does not affect or replace your statutory rights. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may still contact us at any time by email, post, or by using the withdrawal form.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification of your request of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay, and in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is considered met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.

You will only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of handling them in a way that was not necessary to assess their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
