Founded in 1987 as a family-owned business in Halver, North Rhine-Westphalia, the company has grown into an internationally active organization with a clear vision:

Simplifying technology and connecting people and businesses worldwide.

Early on, it became clear that our ambitions would extend beyond regional boundaries. In 1990, we took the next step by expanding to the United States, establishing our U.S. headquarters in Florida.

Today, the North American market is served from Florida, while our European sales activities continue to be coordinated from Germany.

With offices in Germany, Italy, Croatia, the UK, the United States, Mexico, China and Taiwan, we now maintain a strong global presence.

This international structure enables us to serve global markets while understanding regional requirements. We consider this combination a key strength.
